BEHIND THE SCENES
During this exhibition, I led the installation and operations team, coordinating the art handlers and installation crew to set up the entire exhibition within a week. We built six zones and installed over 250 artifacts and artworks. To ensure clarity and precision, I created an installation manual detailing the display method, orientation, and images for each piece. Special care was given to fragile artifacts, with guidance from art historians and fine art restorers. I also attached installation plans to the corresponding tables, racks, and cabinets, streamlining communication and reducing redundancy, so everyone knew their role and how to get the job done efficiently.

To enhance the exhibition's reach and impact, I managed social media channels to attract a diverse audience. I crafted a storyboard to showcase behind-the-scenes installation moments, created exhibition previews, and conducted an engaging interview with the curator, Dr. Isabelle Frank, offering visitors deeper insights into the concept and history behind the nomadic exhibition.
